Here at La Boutique, we deliver to all parts of the United States. Shipping typically occurs 1-2 business days after the order has been processed and will take 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery address. If the total is under $100.00, the shipping rate is $11.95. If the total is above $100.00, the shipping rate will be $14.95. Orders under $10.00 are not eligible for shipping and will need to be picked up in-store. An alternative option is ordering online for in-store pickup. If needed, you can find our address below in the 'Get in Touch' section. Your order will be completed within two business days. Please note that in-store pickup is only available from Tuesday to Thursday, 10 am-2 pm. Regular store hours and in-store pickup may differ during holiday seasons. If you need to return an item, you have 14 days of eligibility. The item return will not be eligible for a refund if it is used and/or damaged. Due to the fact that we are a school bookstore, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees of the package. If you wish to exchange an item, the item will need to be processed as a return before the new purchase can be made.
